IHI Privacy policies 

All guests information is privileged to the IHI team and discretion is of upmost importance.

Who we are and our Privacy policy:

 Our website address is: https://inchhouseireland.ie. What personal data we collect and why we collect it. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. 

Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Any images or videos sent to us or/and  and by guest authorises use of the image or video by Inch House Ireland. 

Lost property will be kept for up to one week after your stay with out anyone claiming the items, IHI is not obliged to inform you that your items have been left behind but to label and put it into storage for the week, there after if unclaimed the property will be donated to charity if in a fit state.

Contact forms & Cookies: 

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

IHI Photography, Videography, Cameras and security:

Our  cameras capture live footage, audio and have the capacity of motion detection and recording and display a signal light. The cameras are powered by solar and operate 24hrs a day and have a night vision ability swell as well as a 360/180 degrees swivel ability. Tampering with these cameras is a offence. With our Security/Surveillance/Safety Cameras IHI may be store any video and Audio footage in a catalogue for a period of 24 months.

IHI reserves the right to take and publish photographs and videography footage during your time at IHI.

 

Consent Form for photography/audio/video

By agreeing to our terms and conditions and privacy policy I agree for my photograph, video footage or audio to be taken by Inch House Ireland or assosiated for use in marketing, PR, website content and Social Media Content.

Here are some places the Inch House might use it: Social and Digital Media: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and any other IHI accounts. Media: National, regional and local media (broadcast, online and print). Publications: Annual reports, employee magazine or policy documents.

In order to do this we will need to process and store your information in line with our Data Protection policy which you find Inchhouseireland.ie Search for privacy Information and click on Data Protection Policy. You can change yo ur mind and withdraw consent for us to process your photograph, audio or video at any time by contacting Inch House Ireland Management. Your participation is entirely voluntary and there is no obligation on you to give your consent to have your voice or image captured.  No fees will be paid to people taking part.

 

What rights you have over your data: 

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. 

Where we send your data: 

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Email address, postal addresses and phone numbers provide on booking with Inch House Ireland could be used for our marketing, contact regarding a booking or part booking (Text, call, whats app, social media or email) and media purposes.
