Covid 19. Policy.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Inch House Ireland require essential travel documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) we have put in place the following guidelines:
Health & Safety Guidelines:
Social Distancing must be adheared to.
Face coverings must be worn in public indoor areas except for when dining. (If you are medically exempt you must provide written proof from your doctor).
Please use the hand sanitizer/wipes provided.Keep good personal hand and face hygiene and etiquette.
Wash down any bathroom surfaces you have used, otherwise please let us know and we can do so.
Please use the foot peddle on the bins provided for you.A maximum of four people in the kitchen area at any point.
When finished with any kitchen crockery, utensils or Cutlery please place in the dishwasher.
When you require fresh linen please place outside your room by 11:00 Breakfast slot must be booked the evening before.
If you have any illness symptoms please notify us immediately.
Email address and phone number of each guest must be provided.
Gift Voucher Policy:
Gifts & Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All Gifts & Gift Vouchers must be used in full. No change of voucher for unused values can be issued.
When making a reservation/booking the Coupon code must be quoted.
Any reservation guaranteed by this gift voucher will be subject to our normal reservations policy.
Gift Vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of late cancellation or no show.
Where purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others – by printing the voucher once and by closing down the web page immediately once printed. Each voucher will be valid for a single redemption only.
All bookings are subject to availability. 8. Gifts & Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of issue.
Applicable for Monetary Gift Vouchers Only: The Value shown on the Gift Voucher can only be redeemed at Inch House Ireland and only on online reservations.
